I understand not wanting to extend a 35 year old for 3 years at big money.
But considering they just extended Zubov - who is 35 - for about the same amount, this makes absolutely no sense.
Especially because, for the first time in recent history, the Stars might have trouble filling the building.

Thre was a lot of buzz this morning about it. At least six teams made offers to Mikey, but some he wasn't crazy about. (Phoenix, thank the hockey gods) I had a test today, so I couldn't track the updates as much as I wanted. I like the looks of that article, though.

I dunno. Sidney seems like the real thing. I'm sure people were saying Mario was overhyped when he got drafted too. And it seems like the Pens might be a decent position for free agency to make some pickups.
