in fantasy football. RB's are at a premium, but Peyton is almost guaranteed 40 TD's. Who do you take at #2? The Priest, or Alexander who is in a contract year?

These are things that keep me up at night.

I'm about to have my draft in a week too so I also have questions, but I just want to know why you think Manning will have 40+ td's? Yeah he had a big year last year, but in his other 6 seasons he broke 30td's once, getting 33 in 2000.

there is no reason he wont get them, he's now that good.

It all depends on your scoring system.

Being a Chiefs fan, I'm gonna tell you that Priest will not get as many carries as most people think. We want Johnson to get more and more carries because Preist has been shaky with injuries despite producing amazing numbers. Some people are starting to realize that it hasn't been all Priest these years, but the OL. Anyone can run behind our line. If Larry Johnson is still available late, take him. But back to your situation. I would still take Priest. I kinda just contradicted myself, but, this way, if you get both KC HBs, you get every rushing yard almost, which is going to be about 150-200 yards a game and about 2-4 TDs.

Scoring is same for all touchdowns, no matter the position. Extra points for yards, the standard way, like a point every 12 yards rushing, a point every 25 yards receiving or something to that nature.

I think Manning is a shoe in for 40 this year. The Colts offense is almost unstoppable, and they throw from anywhere on the field, even from the 1.

I had the Priest and LJ both last year, and between them, the led me to the title. Now, I think if Priest is healthy, he will get most of the carries and LJ will look to be traded after next year. I agree that you have to get both though. I am a Broncos fan so I keep tabs on the Chiefs, especially with Priest being a Horn.

Anyway, good thoughts from everyone. I think it is important to get a few points of view.

I'm not sold on Priest as a top 3 pick. Hell, maybe not even top 5. I'd put Alexander ahead of him anyway.

In my fantasy league QB's don't get nearly as many points as in others...we try to keep the QB spot from being the most dominating, just because guys like Trent Dilfer and Chad Hutchison tend to get inflated numbers when RB's like LT and Alexander/Portis/McAllister get left behind even though their individual impacts are more significant than most QBs.

Peyton will go in the first round of my league's draft, but not top 5 most likely.

it will be on the south side of downtown. i think the high st exit off 670 will put you on 5th or 4th st. just head south to about main and then take a right and cross high. front is the next st. it is 1 way to the right. main is one way away from where you need to go so look for town or rich i think. they should be far enough south to get you where you are staying
