One of my friends who is a tech alum and I were debating this yesterday. We concluded that Colorado would probably be the clear cut win the north for least popular and that it would probably be a close call in the south between tu, a&m, tech and ou. We guessed the voting would go about like this:
tu- most of OU and A&M and about one fourth of tech and baylor would vote tu
A&M- most of Tech and Baylor and half to a quarter of tu would vote A&M
Tech- pick up lots of votes from several schools: tu, A&M, OSU and even Baylor
OSU- half to a quarter of OUs votes and a couple of tech votes but not much else
OU- would get most of tu and OSUs votes but few elsewhere
Baylor- 1 or 2 votes from each of the other 3 texas schools but thats it
All that disgust and loathing is brewing up some fine college football. Maybe not quite as good the SEC divisions but not far off either.
