As a casual observer it is quite clear that "tough guy" never had any "intent" to make the infamous and now geographically impossible meeting at the intersection of Smith/Louisiana....that said what to understand from the null invitation.

1. Tough-guy never intended to show up.
2. Tough-smart guy is a liar.
3. Tough guy is most likely a whimp.
4. Tough guy most likely is the porter or gopher at best for the junior mail traffic operations manager in the mail room.
5. Tough guy may not even know where he is at any given moment.
6. Tough guy is more than likely going to kick all of our collective arses.
