Looking at the NBA schedule, there is a good possbility the Spurs will be tidying up the Western conference finals vs. Phoenix at the time of the party.

Yes, it is still June 4th. There was interest in getting motel rooms. The Super 8 referenced above is very close and does not involve getting on the freeway from my house. FXST alreay has a room there. While I would never suggest driving while under the influence, this is one drive you could probably make if it was a gray area.

Anyway, phone is 281 338-0800, address is 102 Hobbs Rd, League City, TX 77573. It is only a few years old, has interior hallways, and is a little nicer than some of the older Super 8's. If you go a few miles north on I45 there are a number of other hotel selections at the Nasa Rd 1 exit or Bay Area Blvd exit. There is also a Days Inn two miles south in Dickinson.

It looks like I may be, but will not know for sure until this Friday.
