Yup. I am not seeing the on-field leadership we saw last year. Hammond needs to take charge of the offense. And the D, where is its leadership? This slip from last year is much greater than anticipated and needs to be correct now.

Yep that is a good comparison. And yes sometimes a little intensity can convey a message. Jacob Rodriquez was a very good and unfortunately rare example of on-field leadership.
