The SEC products have to pay those marketing costs because their brand aren't nationally known. THE TWELVE and Monster Energy are a match made in heaven and goes beyond monetary considerations.

I realized a long time ago comprehension and math is very tough for you. The SEC not A&M have to pay anything, our brands are well known and people beat a path to our door and throw money at us- which is why our tv contracts pays each team more than double what the twelve receives and why we have signed a $500M+ deal that pays us a minimum of $34M per year. When you have a great product that is in demand, people want to do business with you.

I get that Monster is a great brand, but it is interesting they see such marginal value in the so called twelve that they're only offering $1M per team- from an $8 B company. But keep smiling and trying to be relevant.

And I realized the only thing you understand is money, money, money. It's like Nickelback paying the SEC to endorse them for $400 million and The Beatles paying $1 million to THE TWELVE. Yes, you are making more money off the deal, but the partnership is defined by something bigger than profit.
