So, you have seen the photo of my wife's dog, Dabber, posted to My Profile.
Linda met it about 15 yrs ago while visiting a cousin near El Campo.
The puppy was in a bad way because an aggressive guard donkey
from next door had killed the momma and all the litter except Dabber.

My grandfather's brother (on maternal side) died from eating bad chile at a Mexican restaurant.
But I'm sure it was authentic Mexican.

Pollo Regio has some great recipes and if you have 8-10 people show up at your house at the weekend (like whats been happening here), you go there and say give me 2.5 chickens. It's around $90. beans rice tortillas all the fixns, that's it. You feed everyone. they love it. no fuss. period. I looked it up. there's one in Austin. try it, or don't.
