Nice try, but the reason it may have went under the radar was due to being played on a late Friday night, not THE TWELVE!

Most of THE TWELVE's fan base is composed of educated, big city-types. They left their small towns and have zero interest in how their high school teams are faring.

I thought you were implying that "all eyes" would be watching y'all's games, no matter the day of the week and the time of the day, but now you say it is really only the graduates of said institutions that will be tuning in for the worst day and times their teams are playing? That doesn't sound too impressive to me.

Of course! But I'm also empathetic to other people's lives. Some folks, especially in the southeastern parts of the country, don't have the luxuries of most of THE TWELVE's fan base who can afford to party on a Friday night and sleep in on Saturday. Someone's got to get up at four in the morning to feed the chickens and churn the butter.

Well, we handled the Big 12 legacy programs just fine. It was our PAC 12 rivals that gave us problems.

But both Arizona schools are significantly improved simply by joining THE TWELVE. Players who might not have been interested playing for them in the PAC-12 are now FOCUSED and READY FOR WAR! Recruiting becomes much easier for the legacy PAC programs.

Actually, playing Utah, USC, Oregon and Washington over the last 12 years made them better programs.

Tech improved by playing ACU and Tarleton.

The big 12 tried to compete with views against high school football and you still had to come notify us after the fact.... it doesn't matter when and where, no one cares.

Half or more or the schools are located in small towns- lubbock, waco, stoolwater, ames, morgantown, etc. where most of fans still live.

I don't think we'll have the decades of disappointment suffered by Aggie faithful through multiple bad coaching hires with loads of talent: Jimbo, Sherman, Franchione, et al.
And we have won actual division and conference championships unlike some I could mention here, so there is that.

Well, you will notice a difference. These players/coaches own up to failures instead of blaming referees or hiding from the press. Not many instances of theft, drug abuse, reckless driving, etc, which appear to figure prominently on SEC resumes.
