I see reading comprehension is not a strong suit for you. Never mentioned Big 10 nor ACC- nice deflection though. The left behinds are the members of your conference who basically had no place to go and were unwanted during expansion. They are the dregs of the PAC, schools who played in lesser conferences, etc.

If you read what's happening in the world of college sports, the Big 10 and the SEC are the only ones who control their own destinies. They will become stronger as the ACC fractures like the PAC did, with FSU, Clemson, UNC and maybe UVA and maybe Miami end up on the Big 10 and SEC. ND will finally have to join a conference- I'm thinking the Big -10 due to proximity.

The big are paying their schools ~$75M each, while the other conferences are getting half that. That's why ou and the sips moved to the SEC, because espn said they were not paying any more for the conference they were in.

The rumors of the Big 10 and SEC in talks to leave the NCAA could be very interesting and COULD create a bigger pool of left behinds. This and schools having to budget for and manage $20-30M to their new "employees" is going to put an even bigger burden on schools getting less tv and tier three revenue. Add nil to the mix and the rich get rich and the poor get poorer

Our little banter is nothing compared to where college sports is headed. Those conversations are going to be very interesting.
