Who gets the error? The problem is it is hit unless you can charge an error to someone. Was it a hit? Nope but unless someone messes up a play, it's a hit. Sucks for the pitcher, but it was a run.

After Stanford gifted the Horns the game on Saturday, it's only right that the Horns return the favor. Brutal way to lose a game, much less a Super Regional, but baseball is designed to break your heart.

No one touched the ball, thus no error. Stanford did that in the first game- they at least saw it and touched it went from second or third out to error with two runs.
