The pac12, Big10, and SEC are out because of their conference only schedules. Will the big12 be able to pick up a conference USA team
For their out of conference game? Or Is conference USA out too. Their strength of schedule is not like the other conferences!

They could have added UConn who went Indy this year. Except UConn can't find any dance partners and just cancelled their whole season.
