Damn. I haven't posted on OR for years but I'm shocked at the turnout of posters from 02-07 on here. Crazy this many people are still around.

Damon and I had a conversation or two off board and he had been helpful when I was in a hard time in the past. Didn't do anything for me but answered an email or two. He was the true ringleader in OR's heyday.

I hope he gets his head right and comes out a stronger man.

I didn't know him, but I have bought tickets from folks on this site, including fairly expensive Zone tickets, trusting them to send them. Even then I did consider the possibility that I might get screwed, but I was willing to take the risk for $1200 or so. Fortunately it never happened.

Good people do screwed up things when pressed. My own uncle once screwed my parents when they purchased NCAA tournament tickets for him. He was the most friendly, charming dude you have ever met, but he was a deadbeat.

It really was. My first ever work "talking to" was how much time I spent on TexAgs. Lots and lots of laughs to be sure.

12-7 may have been my favorite day ever. Missy photoshops, Brandi always being wrong, but still knowing the heck out of Xs and Os. Mavs and Spurs smack talk. Napkin drawing.

Good memories.

speaking of old, I'm here to get updated. How are you Dub ?

Fell asleep about 9:30, woke up at midnight, went to the store for cheep smokes & a cup of coffee. This is a great time to get some stuff done, no distractions by people nearby.

I'll be heading up to Aggieland this weekend to visit my buddies before I take off for Florida. I don't particularly want to leave Texas, but an opportunity popped up a week ago to help a buddy fix up a 50 ft. boat and go float around somewhere for awhile. Will have to figure out a way to try to get the SEC Network for SEC baseball.

Not sure where we are going, my buddy retired two years ago like me,...he was going to the Caribbean, but has been floating around Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida having fun. I am thinking if it's the same, it could be a chance to go to a few road games.

Minor corrections: I don't have hemorrhoids - just everything else. I haven't had a smoke since 9/14/17 when they threatened to cut my right leg off if they couldn't roto-rooter an artery open. I retired over two years ago - most of my friends and my wife have been retired over ten years. She and I and another couple leave on a Caribbean cruise the last week in March when the real tax season crunch used to start for me.

I'm thankful I can still post on this site,as I know it brings joy to you, Puddy, and numerous others.

BTW, in regards to Jorts, if the rumors are true, we might get judged by the standards we use.
