Oh yeah who doesn't like to sit around drunken idiots at football games. Especially the ones behind you who may engage in a little projectile vomiting to avoid alcohol poisoning. Yes a fun time for all. Maybe tech will allow smoking and sell cigars in the stands. Huge money maker.

I'm fairly new to Lubbock. I'm not a huge Tech fan, but I do attend many of their FB and Basketball games. My football tickets also come with access to areas around the stadium that serve food and alcohol, kind of like Kyle Field. As far as "the strip" it hasnt been around for ages.

When I was in undergrad, it wasn't uncommon for some lightweight to puke up straight vodka all over several people in the student section. Best times I ever had at Kyle were in those little bleachers in the end zone. Booze flowed a bit more freely down there.
