Considering we just blew out a top 25 (albeit likely) conference champ yesterday, yeah, it does.

This is normal for sips. Their team had climbed up to mediocrity for the first time in years. It's all about perception with them. He talks about playing in a championship game but fails to mention two mediocre teams will be playing in that game. They can continue bragging about being the best loser while Jimbo steals all of the attention for a&m when he gets it turned around. He seems to be doing that. The writing is on the wall and the sips see it. Just like them scheduling SEC teams OOC. They know they need to do something to keep themselves relevant. A&M may not play in the CFG game every year but consistently have 10 win seasons will make the sips a laughingstock while they make comments like this. It looks foolish even today when you compare the teams and their conferences and schedules.

Currently, they have us in the Music City Bowl vs Pitt had seen us in the Outback Bowl vs Michigan State. Again would love to play Texas and see if Dicker the kicker could even get in range. I doubt Fitz would even have to attempt a pass against them.

Austin truly is progressive, fielding the first trans D1 football player. They're so good now because of their diversity. It's a wonder they have any losses at all.

UAB is 9-2 and will play for the CUSA title behind improved OL and QB play

They also are play in a conference no one takes seriously and the winner has no shot at making the playoff unless about 20 other teams lose out first.

Yea the bdf is trash compared to the SEC. But right now I'd rather trade our 8-4, 7-5 seasons and playing in Music City or TX bowls for a 9-3 season where we play a championship game and a NY6 bowl

Week in an week out SEC is significantly more fun.

Every week is exciting with a big time environment.

Honestly, only Texas, OU and possibly Tech would get me excited with B12 schedule.

Ole Miss and Tech are similar on excitement meter.

Auburn, LSU, Bama, Arky, and one of the more exciting East teams (UT, FL, or UGA) are all better than an OU matchup.

Being honest, a game against the arrogant sips tops the list, but other than them, there are 7 better matchups in SEC.

Texas May act like OU is bigger rival, but they all know they would root for OU over A&M.

They can't stand us as much as we can't stand them. It's a Cold War right now and when we do meet, it's gonna set techies for ticket prices.
