Now look at Mississippi State:

Arkansas - P5
Ole Miss - P5

That's 7.

But, they are right about the Aggies. We play 8 P5 teams this year.

Yeah, but just think if Tech played A&M's schedule. Fewer "P5" opponents, so he'd EASILY get to 7-8 wins. Right, butty?

All SEC teams play 9 P5 games (with extenuating circumstances for MSU this year)

So wow, they play one more than us against some mighty P5 opponent like Kansas or Duke or Illinois. Teams that would suck in FCS.

But hey, not like our results speak for themselves, we definitely need to be more like the conferences that get left out of the playoffs

The Big 12 is OBSESSED with non-conference games.

Given their conference, it's easy to see why.

As dumb as the argument is, they'll keep using it as a talking point, because it's all they have.
