He wasn't concussed last week when he threw the ball away.

He just tossed it up for grabs in the end zone on 3rd and 4 to lose it in OT.

I think he was concussed in OT. His right eye looked crossed as he walked off the field.

Will teams go nuclear with the concussion issue when recruiting with parents this coming year? I can't believe any reasonable parent would put their child in that situation.

When I started this thread, I had no idea he had been slammed again. I just happened to catch the last play and could not believe it.

Something not right with him.

Maybe the refs need to step in.

I have no idea what WR Heard was doing either. Dude runs out of bounds and just stands there while the awful pass is being intercepted.

And by the way, can't believe they didn't even check the Texas Qb for a concussion after he got blasted on his head and just laid there.

To be fair, you are putting your kids in 'that situation' when you let them play football.

Concussions will always be a part of football unless they change the rules to resemble flag football.

Having said that, it was terrible that they didn't even check the Texas QB for a concussion today and left him in the game after he got blasted.

This is going to be like the time one of the tu players declared for the draft, but changed his mind once the team realized they really needed him and the bagmen stepped in. They'll have to do whatever it takes to keep Buechele from transferring because this guy will be used up by next year.

This. I let my kids play football with our understanding and acceptance of the risks, but no way I let staff endanger my kid like that. Ever.

The first game I saw this kid play I was thinking, who the f taught him how to play? He lowers his head every single time and doesn't get low. He likely just utilized his size in HS with him being 220, but not in college. The coaches need to correct this immediately before he becomes brain dead.

I like the kid. He has a lot of heart. But he's about to be a 'tard the rest of his life
