Man, I have to admit, I'm quite surprised at how the season is turning out.

I thought Tech would have a chance to be better than last year...highly unlikely. That defense makes me want to just turn the friggin t.v. off. Pathetic.

I didn't expect ATM to have such a down year. I figured it would be somewhat tough, but I thought at least 6 or 7 wins. Unlikely.

Texas had Nat. Champ hopes (again) and now aren't looking impressive at all. They will end up with a decent season, but still considered a big disappointment.

This just sucks. The friggin Oklahoma teams are dominating us with our own players. Anyway, I'm just frustrated right now, but this is definitely making me want basketball to get here soon.

I admit I thought we might be able to get away with it (lack of defense) against Mizzou and Okie Lite. I think the atm game kinda threw me. I figured if Reggie didn't tear us up, then we'd be OK against UM and OSU.

The offense is still potent...though it looks like BJ might be out for a while (who cares at this point?)

So, back to the spoiler role we go. I thought this year might be different, but that was before I realized our defense was 117 out of 117.

It is now realistic prediction that the Okie schools go 8 and 0 against the Texas schools -- ugh!!

Realistic prediction? No, I'd say it's pretty much a given. None of the Texas teams have a defense this year. You can't get away with no D when you play either of those schools.

How did EVERYBODY down here end up sucking so bad this year.

It blows me away how they both (OU and OSU) seem head and shoulders above the Texas schools.

Coaching, coaching, coaching... Fran and Moriss are in their first years. Few coaches ever have success in their first year of coaching at a new school. Not even almighty Bob Stoops did that great in his first year at OU. Leach is a great offensive coach but doesn't know squat about defense. Texas coaches... well, they might as well just let the players run around and play some backyard football. They would probably perform about the same.

BJ Heisman - how could you figger that offense could stick it out in the big 12?

We all have to run the ball, especially in the red zone and on some third downs. It's a given. If you can't run, when your QB stutters or there's cool, rainy weather, you don't have much to depend on. Technical's game plan amazes me, except that it's Technical.

Comon, you know their proper name is technological.

Um, the offense is fine. 31 points and 550 yards again today. When your offense is the best in the country and your defense is the worst in the country...why would anybody point at the offense?

Going to have to forget the "state champs" talk - doesn't mean anything this year.

Oklahoma schools are dominating the south division - 1 chance left with UT @ OSU.
