Out here in Cali I don't get many run ins with UT, TT, or TAMU grads, but when I do they are usually notable.
My latest encounter went something like this: I was at the grocery store after crossing the picket line (another Cali issue) picking up a few things I needed for the week. In one aisle I heard a voice from down the way saying, "Don't tell me you went to THAT school?" While pointing at my shirt. I happened to be wearing a UT shirt. He then said he was sorry in a sarcastic way and proceeded to tell me he graduated from TT in 2000. I didn't bother asking what his degree was in b/c I was trying too hard not to laugh. I mean after graduating from any college with a degree 3 years ago and he's a freaking stockboy!!!! I would have continued the conversation but there was a call for him, I suppose clean up on aisle 4 is his duty.
Tier 3 at its best baby.
Cliff notes: meet TT '00 grad in grocery store where he was working as a stock boy.
