It gets better. Our esteemed colleague, Mr. Randolph Duke, has a plan to right the injustice. It goes something like this:

Sips threaten to blow up the conference if the officiating isn't "fixed" (unsure whether he just wants the crew fired or a public hanging after tar and feathers, but I digress.)

The thought of the sips imploding the Big XII scares the other programs without landing spots and they exert pressure on the head office of the Big XII to get that done.

Because, you know, Baylor, TCU, tech, Kansas, KSU, WVU and ISU run the conference...or something. And tu has the ability to blow up the conference but can't get their grievances heard without their help...or something.

Somehow they've gone from being, "We're TEXAS!" and "We ARE the Joneses!" to helpless victim in a cruel and unjust conference.

How liberal and tolerant of them.

Where was all of the gnashing of teeth when the sips were the ones benefitting from the refs screwing over ISU a couple of years ago.... or any of the countless instances where they've benefitted. As far as I'm concerned, the sips could be screwed over every game for the next decade and it still wouldn't be enough.

Absolutely unreal........cuppy's best yet. Not enough cry/laughs to hand out for this one.

All I can find is that the head ref's name was Alan Eck and he lives outside Atlanta, Georgia.

A few comments and questions:
1) Great video - Schadenfreude at its finest.
2) Does the tu kicker only practice kicking with a strong wind at his back after a shower?

Of all the things that have occurred since we left the BDF... all the wailing and gnashing of teeth from the sips.... the idea that the refs of their plantation conference are now conspiring against them is the richest, most satisfying piece of theater yet. The fieldhands don't give proper respect to the massa anymore, so he's going to sell the big house and move, leaving all the poors to fend for themselves.

They've been getting the calls and the benefit of the doubt for so long, they can't live withourt it. They're not in control anymore, and they are having real trouble adjusting that.

I know the ref in question. He was on the opposite side of the field from the tu bench. And as far as I could tell didnt even call any of the penalties in question. He was pretty quiet the whole game. That, and he aint the type of guy that goes fist pumping for A&M. He's a good ref. They are barking up the wrong tree with all the conspiracy stuff. A little research will clear all that up pretty quick.

Scipio realizes that clicks are about to fall off a cliff, so he's trying to move in as #1 provider of sips tears and butthurt. Sound strategy.
