Yes they do!

Since the New Mexico border is so close, some New Mexico students are allowed to come to Tech and pay in state tuition if they live in a certain mile radius from Lubbock.

Tech takes their money and buys some stamps.

Then the New Mexico students flunk out and go back to Clovis Community College or Eastern Mexico University.

Again, TECH IS DADDY!

I am glad that Tech does its part by accepting so many students from the dumbest state in the union. Unfortunately, some polls indicate that graduates returning to New Mexico have actually become dumber.

If the top sixteen states are so smart, why do they freeze their asses off every winter?
