The first time I heard it was from 2 pretty hard core Tech fans in Lubbock about a week or two after he was hired. It surprised me. That, along with a lot of other small things, lead to believe that it's a very good possibility. Knowing these guys, I don't think they'd make it up. Seemed pretty happy yet also frustrated at the same time when they told me. I've heard it many, many more times since then while in Lubbock. I'm there about 5 times a year, so I'm just telling you what I've heard.

I was actually living in Lubbock at the time, unfortunately. I can't say it's 100% true, but I would be pretty surprised to found out that it wasn't at this point, knowing what I know.
