As someone else pointed out on one of the other Randi Dook threads, Randi likes to make the same point over and over and over again. When he finds a phrase that he thinks in humorous, he keeps using it, much like a comedian uses his same favorite jokes over and over.

Make note of the verbiage he uses above the "Not a one of them, not a one of them, not a one of them", Three times in three sentences. Now check out this quote from his now infamous "Randolph Duke is dead" thread. The tread by the way where sips thought he was actually going to quit posting and go away....
