4. There was already an exit policy in place with precedence (see nu and cu); we followed that process to a t- as did the SEC; read- NO TI claim possible
5. tu broke the little soon to be smaller XI-2-1 contract with the addition of a second game
6. Mizzou started this game year, followed by tu, then nu, then cu. You guys should have put contingencies in place last year
7. You girls are the biggest hypocrisy in the works; all of this protection of Texas football, rivalries, etc. Is a bunch horse hockey. When the SWC fell apart you groveled and cried to the legislature to get drug into the new league- and were accepted because tu and us made them you. Meanwhile, where was your so called Christian attitude/moral compass then, as you left long time rivals TCU, SMU, UH and Rice at the curb?

You bring nothing to this or any other conference- i.e.
1. # 75 in academics
2. Overall athletic program way down the list
3. High school like stadium you cannot fill (see permanent tarp of shame)
4. Piss poor fan support (see 800 tickets sold for TAMU game- 100 less than 2009; SFA tickets on stub hub from $0.99 to $22; etc.)

Bottom line, we have carried your weak arises for over 100 years; we will no longer support your dependency; it is time for you to change infant diapers to big boy pants and be accountable for complete failure in the past and for your future
