That is pretty impressive for a tu sip lawyer. Did you get lost or are you killing time waiting for an ambulance to chase? Or maybe a gay marriage case? And, I doubt you have any idea who "The Lord" is...it ain't Obama as you would hope!

They're dominant programs.

And neither of them ever have to play a road game in Norman or Austin - unlike the rest of the South.

easy answer: they have the two best coaches in the conference and they recruit better than everyone else in the conference.

Mack Brown is not one of the two best coaches in the conference. He is one of the best recruiters, and most of that has to do with Austin, their money and facilities, and a favorable media.

At least half the coaches in Big 12 could do what he's done with what he's had.

So recruiting is not part of coaching? Got it.

I doubt that

He brought texas back and made the texas brand as strong as it is today - mack was the one who started early recruiting in the big12 and destroyed everyone with it.

Recruiting is a huge part of college coaching.

say what you want aboput brown, but he IS one of the two best coaches in the big12. the results speak for themselves.

Exactly. Just look at the most desirable places to coach list to prove it.

Who do you think is responsible for their money, facilities, and favorable media?

Last I check, UT was located in Austin before Mack got there and the Horns' didnt recruit all that well.

Fine with me. Means we should continue to kick butt no matter who we hire once Mack leaves. I can accept that.
