The technical ???-n-shoot offense actually plays right into the strength of the Aggie D. We are as loaded and deep at the DB spot than we have been for years. I predict that Sammy, Byron, Sean, et al will all have big days. Oops, I forgot, Klaven's passes will only reach the d-line so that means Ty, Linnis, and Marcus will be the ones doing the damage.

The Aggie offense plays into our D's hands also. It doesn't score any points.

Also, while you giggle about how KK's passes don't make it past the line of scrimage, Mr. Farris' YPA average last year was less than KK's. Farris' YPA was 6.03 and KK's was 6.63. Kind of makes your argument silly, doesn't it? And KK was actually rated # 29 statistically in the top 50 QBs in D1. Granted # 29 is nothing to brag about, but it is 8 places higher than Simms and,.... wait a minute,..... Farris is no where to be found on this list! Hmmmmm.........

How does Kliffy's YPA compared to Farris' YPA make my argument about our DBs being strong look silly? And come on, YPA??? Give me a break with this lame stat. Here's how its calculated for Kliffy (and Farris for that matter given our propensity last year for the screen and dump passes):

YPA = yards in air+yards gained by receiver after catch, thus Kliffy's YPA = 2 yards in air+4 yards gained by receiver after catch.
= weak ass downfield arm = my exquisitely accurate comments about our DL Warren, Smith, and Jasmine big day intercepting and batting away these pitiful little dump passes.

There will be little, if any, batting away of passes on the 5th of October. Our OL is VERY much improved.

If your DL is hanging around the flats trying to intercept them, then watch out running game and the fastest receiving corps in the conference. That, is what is going to make you DB's look bad.

They wont be going for swats and tipped balls because they will be head hunting for dingleberry.

Our DB's can take care of any passes dingleberry gets off. Combined with his already questionable arm strength, the fact he will be throwing while being planted will make his passes that much easier to pick off.

your O-line is much improved? how do you know? I can sit here and say our offense is going to be much improved, but we wont really know till we see it on the field.

Your O-line gave up 7 sacks last year against us, in lubbock. At Kyle, where it will be much louder and much harder to hear the snap count, do you think they are going to be able to protect him better? I think not.

You threw out the 17-5A reference. Right now 17-5A is an inner city Houston district. In the late 70's there was no such animal as 17-5A. In fact there was no such thing as 5A. Maybe you mean 17-4A that produced the Stratford state championship and Craig James.

Ah yes, that Houston Stratford. I was 8 and watched from the Astrodome that day as Craig James ran all over my Plano boys. It was a 4A game. When Plano beat them 9 years later, it was a 5A championship.

Here's the deal moron: My junior and senior year the two Katy schools had just been added to district 17-5A. We called both of them Katy and stomped them each time we played them. There are only two of them, so if you really want to know go look it up you lazy technological sh*thead.
