I would move the best rear view picture up in the order to probably second. It is too important to the value and interest. People may not get through all the pictures to get to it. Also, your realtor looks to have just uploaded all the pictures in the order they were taken. They need to be based upon priority, importance, and flow of the home in that order. Good luck with the sale.

Agree. And trim the front hedges and retake those photos. My eye goes right to all the stray growth shoots in the first two photos.

You mean Indians? If so, east-west doesn't really matter anymore nor any adjacent burb there. Everywhere.

For what it's worth. I typically order them in terms of flow of home/logical walk through a (i.e front door, office, living room, kitchen, master, etc). Unless there is something we are trying to smooth through (power lines in backyard, awkward living arrangement, poor staging or unclean).

That being said, I would agree about your backyard and suggest maybe taking a few off and just leaving the money shots really broadcasting the property.

Also - OP, I can't find this listing on the web and is showing off-market.

It's a good house, looks to have good bones and a great lot - don't miss casting the widest net possible when marketing!

Yeah I like seeing photos as you'd walk through the house. Helps understand what you're looking at. Can't stand it when they're randomly ordered.

First thing I noticed too. And follow a brick line when trimming the hedges. The slight undulations are giving my autism fits.
