Looking at RVision, Possibility, Kurk, and Royal Texan.

Anyone have any experience with any of these four or another you would recommend we talk to?

I financed a lot of custom construction over the years and worked with RVision and Kurk several times. All good experiences.

I see a lot of new builds in my line of work (land surveying). No matter who you use, I would advise checking on the build as often as possible. 2-3 times per week if you can. The contractors they use to build the homes is what matters. I'd go talk to them often during the build process. Dont be a dick about it, just go see what is being done and ask questions.

If you see something weird just say hey what is going on as it doesn't look right. Give them the opportunity to address it before raising cane. Take them water and Gatorade although beer is probably what they prefer lol.
