This is a downer of a post...
My mother is being put on Hospice for a really aggressive cancer. Her house is in Pflugerville, and is in a trust that will leave the house to me. The decision point will be selling the house as-is immediately, or listing the house in a "relatively" as-is state (don't want to do a ton of work that will take a lot of time). We could use some professional help/advice on what that process looks like, and to help evaluate our options.
I'm looking for an Aggie realtor in the area we can work with.
Please PM me if you are interested.
Thank you.
