My son and his new wife (and 1 month baby) need a place in College Station to rent July - Dec. He is finishing up his Masters program. We are having a really hard time finding a place that will allow a 6 month rental. Any help would be appreciated.

It may not be fun, but probably his best bet is to wait until much closer to his desired move in date and then sign a lease with someone who didn't lease their unit for the coming year. That's what I did with my last semester in grad school at A&M.
