Alright TexAgs, what's the 411 on Berry Creek?
Nice neighborhoods, embedded country club, relatively low property tax for the area, Georgetown ISD, west of 35, close to hiking/parks. 5 min drive from Costco, 10 min drive from wolf creek ranch shopping, avoids highway 29 congestion.
Seems like a no-brainer for appreciation as Georgetown and Centex continue to grow.
What's not to like?
