I just sold my retail sales business here in central Texas and I'm looking to make this my full time gig and build up a rental portfolio. I have purchased two properties in the BCS area and will be taking possesion within the next 30 days. I have the opportunity of buying several more properties in the BCS area going forward. I'm new to the home rental business and I'm looking for a professional that knows the ins and outs of contracts, listing, insurance and all the other pitfalls to avoid. Can anyone recommend someone for this?
