Sweet Jesus the tax rate and HOA.

Was looking at the area because of The Pulse sponsorship. 1.5% for the MUD is crazy. That's almost as high as the total tax rate for other places within a 100 mile radius.

Almost 3.1% plus another $1300 a year for HOA….damn.

3% doesn't seem that crazy for a new development.

I remember Sienna being high 3's back in the day.

3.1% is typical for new MUD. It will decrease overtime to 2.5ish.
