Looking at buying a lot for new home build in one of these two communities. Curious if anyone lives there and has any feedback or 2nd hand feedback on either of these communities.

Not much to say other than I recently moved out to this area from Houston. Bought a house on a lake lot in Indigo Lakes and absolutely love it! If I didn't purchase here I was going to go High Meadow Estate.
