"This THREE bedroom home has the PERfect layout and has been reCENTly updated! "

I won't post anymore of the listing, 'cause I don't want to get the person in trouble.

What a time to be alive.

"H-A: In return for the flattery, can you reduce the size of your signature? It's the only part of your posts that don't add value. In its' place, just put "I'm an investing savant, and make no apologies for it", as oldarmy1 would do."

Probably worth it if it brings a buyer in quickly

people seem to be overthinking this.

You literally just call the listing agent and ask what they're paying for a co-op fee. It's not some mystery.

Listing agent can also email the world about what they're offering. Just can't put it on the MLS.

I get it, as with a lot of things, the outrage is more of an issue than the thing they are outraged about.

my favorite part of this whole saga is the guy who started the class action case (Sitzer) just launched a flat fee service to "take advantage" of the new rules.

Can't fault him for taking advantage of the timing, but his company seems to misunderstand how the process will work going forward (and they're not the only ones).

sorry, but that's a load of BS. You don't have to have a buyer's agent to see a house.

That is blatantly misleading the consumer. No way that is allowed to stay like that. At least I hope not.
