I am retiring from the Navy this fall and just moved my family back to the Rockwall area, where we are currently renting. With that being said, we are looking at a couple of different options for next summer.
1. Utilize a VA Construction loan (single closing) and build a custom home on property we already own in Emory.
2. Buy a new construction home in an area we like closer to Rockwall.
As we look to narrow down our options and what they would look like financially, I need to find a custom builder who can work with us to determine a cost estimate to build the home in Emory. Looking for recommendations, or if there are any Aggie owned builders that service that area here on the board.
