Amegy extended the first year rate special of 6.99% until July 28. My email is on my profile if you want me to put you in touch with a retail banker to discuss the specifics. That email will be good until next friday which is my last day. I believe Frost is 9.5% now.

Regions bank sent me something recently with a promotional interest rate for the first twelve months as well that looked attractive. Can't recall all the details but you may want to give them a call.
