There's a 30A realtor who offers a 28% referral commission on referred clients. I'll split it with you if you end up going with him. My contact info is in my profile. Shoot me a text and I'll send you his info. He's in the top 1% of realtors on the emerald coast by dollar volume, so probably legit.

Chris Collins has been the best I've dealt with and I'm rather picky. Shes in Fort Walton/Destin but covers the panhandle.
