Dad passed away last year and my sister/I are working through the process of closing his estate. Needing recommendations for a realtor in deep rural NW Louisiana (30ish mins north of Shreveport). Homesite is a beautiful 25 acres with 2 small ponds, and a huge barn, but the house itself is old, outdated and could use a good make-over. I am hoping to find an agent who can navigate the sales process without me making the 5+ hour drive very often.

Also, if anyone has handyman/plumber contacts up that way I would be appreciative. Shot in the dark.
