Does anyone know anybody that does appraisals for mobile homes? The tax district increased the appraised value of our "double-wide lake house" by $32K for 2024. It was built in 2005 so I can't imagine how they can increase the value that much. If it was a regular house - ok, but not a mobile home.
They left the land value unchanged, but jacked us on the "Improvements" - of which their was nothing new.
