I have a piece of land, 2.75 acres, that has a mobile home on it we are wanting to sell just the house. The new owner would be able to rent about .3 acres and we'd charge a spot fee to keep the house there. It's in a somewhat rural area but there are other houses on similar sized lots. We have water well and a septic already established, what's the going rate on this setup?

A few places around seem to be in the $200-$250 range but that's little communities of a lot of trailers with city water and septic.
