Any of you O&G gurus know the going rate for leases in Burleson County, more specifically about six miles southwest of Caldwell, just off Hwy. 21? Swope & Young Land Co. sold my place a coupla years ago, (unsolicited plug for the great job those guys did!), but I retained the minerals, and was pleasantly surprised to be approached about a lease recently.
