How long do you want to ignore this user?
Anyone ever used them or better yet, had a client use them?

Had to look it up. Interesting concept. Guess it all depends on their individual subs. Seems like a decent idea.

Years ago I ran into a local guy doing something similar. He was mainly focused on the homes of elderly folks who had passed and the heirs were not local or overwhelmed. He would take care of hauling off junk, Estate sales and then remodeling the home as needed for sale. Then would take his fees out of the sale proceeds. Seemed like a good guys, said he got the idea after dealing with a parents death out of state. One of the better remodelers I have run across around here.

Having gone through a parent death last year, I can now see even more valua in the idea.

Have a client in need of some simple fixes that will cost $2-3k, but based on appearance and negotiation will likely hit us for $10k plus. They are selling due to major cutbacks a work post COVID and are hesitant to use their reserves.

Google reviews are not promising, why get another 3rd party involved who's sole purpose it suck out more equity

Yeah, agree. would seem more appropriate for a major remodel, not a 4 figure deal. In that case, your just adding the cost of another middle man.

Deats tour client does not seem to be a good match. 2-3k just sub-contract and put on a card until after the sale.

I've had my clients use Punchlist to get a house ready. I think they are now called Bosscat.
