Cross posted from OB. I need to know the actual selling price of a residence in the state of Missouri. Seems MO is a "non-disclosure" state, which means sales prices are not available on the local county RE websites. I'm trying to get this info to settle a family dispute without having to engage attorneys. I think this data is available to anyone with a MO RE license and access to MLS in MO.
