Ha here I've been thinking the South RE markets would recover quickly as places like NY ban the use of Natural Gas and ICE engines. Little did I know the NWO had a plan to make summer heat the problem to balance it all out. We literally will own nothing and be happy right!?!?!

In all seriousness though, I don't understand how anyone can say inflation has peaked. Everything the government is doing in the name of "green" is going to put upward pressure on energy, food and essentials to life.
