Mortgage dudes, I am looking for the path to least resistance-ie quickest and easiest method to pull about $50K equity out of my home. I currently own approximately 65% of market value and about 52% of tax appraised value (if this indeed matters).
My email is on my profile. We have a HELOC program with no closing costs in the majority of cases. Exception would be for large loan amounts or an appraisal if requested.
