My financing fell through on real estate purchase

So my financing from a family member fell thru this past weekend. We are trying to acquire a property for 250k this Friday. Would a private money lender be able to loan 150k by this Friday? Or is that impossible to do a deal that fast. We are looking to payback the loan in 3 months tops.
