I currently have 1 rental in my portfolio but looking to buy more in the somewhat near future.

I am very unhappy with the PM company I use today. Very slow to respond, constantly being nickel/dimed with fees, etc.

Does anyone have they are very happy with? I am not local otherwise I could do all the legwork myself. I don't think managing them would be that difficult but have zero experience trying to lease them out, etc.

If you've fixed all the major stuff, you should be able to PM by yourself. You shouldn't have a lot to worry about so need for PM should be almost non-existent.

Yeah I agree. More concerned with actually getting it leased if anything.

I manage 10 units from out of town and once you get a system it's pretty easy. It depends on the type of unit but a SFH is easy. I'm happy to discuss how I do it if you're interested. 83 zero 857 zero 88 6
