How long do you want to ignore this user?
The wife and I still own our 1st house in Dallas M-Streets area (purchased 10 years ago) and have rented it out to a single tenant via a manager for almost 5.5 years. The tenant moved to New Mexico and we are currently renovating and will be looking for a new tenant.

My wife is ambitious and would like to take over management of the property (she already manages a vacation condo in Florida).

- Lease agreements
We found a few online but wanted to see if TexAgs had any suggestions

- Marketing
We are thinking MLS, sign, and then go from there

Thank you in advance!

You'd need a realtor to list on the MLS. They can get you the TREC lease too.

Doesn't Jamie at Red Pear offer some sort of reduced fee lease?

Yes I believe he does. He also mentioned having a new DFW agent coming online too, so I'm sure Red Pear would be a good resource. M streets is a great area.

TREC doesn't have a residential lease contract, the one you are thinking about is the Texas Association of Realtors lease. You can sometimes find it online but "technically" it can only be used by a Texas Realtor.

If you want to list on MLS you need a Realtor and I'd be more than happy to help you out with that or with the lease form as well. I'll do it for a flat fee as well. I've lived in the M streets for 4 years so know the area well. Shoot me a text at 713.510.3149. I've helped many TexAgs users buy, sell, and rent in DFW and have my Master of Real Estate from A&M.
