Anyone on here an attorney, realtor, or even landlord who could maybe provide me little assistance on how to handle an issue with breaking my current lease (we have a very good reason that i prefer not to advertise on here)?

Doesnt really matter what the lease says, its an issue with the property. I just need advice on how to handle it.

It must really be a bad lease if this is the case.

Lease says i pay until new tenant is found. Issue is that i don't think a new tenant CAN be found due to the issue .

That should be in the lease. If not, your state should have laws concerning that.

Texas. Not in the lease. I know there are laws, which is why i was asking for advice.

You just can't win with some of you people.

I came here genuinely asking for help due to a major issue that im not sure how to navigate, but some of you seem to only follow me around this site and mock me. So never mind. I retract my request for help. I hope you people are happy with yourselves and I seriously hope my family and I figure this out before we have an even more serious health issue.

Thanks for nothing.

Move and stop paying. If the landlord created an unlivable situation should be a slam dunk lawsuit to break lease and recoup medical expenses plus.

Hire a lawyer.

That is what the OP is asking. A referral. My go to lawyer is Hunter Shertlif, not sure of the last name spelling

I hope this was resolved, seems pretty shady you can't give details.
